Best and Worst Foods for Bikini Season

I know all of you fashionistas out there are anxiously awaiting bikini season and are jumpstarting your workout routines in preparation to shed all the layers and comfy sweaters we've been hiding behind all winter (and spring for that matter). Well, I'll admit I am at least and I can't imagine I'm alone on this one. I came across this article yesterday in Shape Magazine and while the 'best' foods for bikini bodies are far from shocking, some of the 'worst' foods (OJ and brussel sprouts??) made me think twice so I figured it's worth sharing.
Berries, salmon, leafy greens, almonds and greek yogurt. Ok, no problem. Those have all been engrained in our minds as healthy, but orang juice brussel sprouts and sushi? Yikes.

  3. I have to post bc i can't let brussles get a bad rap - Brussels ARE good for you! they are super nutritious and low in cals! great source of vit A, C, K and B, Folate, potassium and FIBER - so you MIGHT be gaseous or a tiny bit bloated right after consuming.
