Travel Planning: Santorini

By Julie

This should really be a 'Wedding Wednesday', but we're in the midst of finalizing all of our honeymoon travel plans and I couldn't wait til later in the week to share. Since we're getting married in July, we wanted to choose a honeymoon location in Europe and a place we both haven't been to before. It wasn't too difficult to narrow down our choices and decide on Greece!

We're heading to Santorini and a little rustic island called Milos and these are a few of the things that are making it hard to contain my excitement.

Have you guys been?? Any suggestions?

  6. Have a blessed time! One of my bucket list of things to do. I heard it was amazing.

If you get a sec, check out my latest post 'Casual Meets Chic'. I would love to hear what you think of my new tweed skirt and how I styled it.

Hope you had a great weekend.

  8. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

    - Ride the donkey up the cliff. It's SO FUN! A little scary, but it's a once in a lifetime sort of thing. I laughed the entire time.
    - Go to the "other" side of the island (not the cliff side) and enjoy the black sand beaches, and the most DELICIOUS local food from the beach side restaurants.
    - Wake up early to catch a sunrise. It's worth it.
    - Make sure you try as much local, mom & pop Greek food as possible.
    - All the people I met there were SO nice and happy to have tourists. Greek people are generally awesome, so you'll be in good hands!

    Happy Honeymooning!
