I'm so happy it's the weekend and to celebrate, I had to share some of these delicious looking and creative cocktails. I love any excuse to pull together an impromptu happy hour and when hosting, a fun signature cocktail is most definitely in order. Nothing's more refreshing on a Friday, right?
