RTR- Capsule Collection {Bibhu Mohapatra}

Earlier this week we had the pleasure of previewing the exclusive capsule collection from Bibhu Mohapatra for Rent the Runway! Chatting with the incredibly talented designer and meeting one of the company's dynamic co-founders was not only inspiring, but gave us one more reason to obsess a little more over RTR.

The collection of vibrant gowns and cocktail dresses, designed by the New York-based, native Indian up-and-coming designer, features six styles that fuse traditional Indian colors and fabrics with modern, art deco-inspired architectural cuts and details.

The capsule collection ranges in rental price from $200-$400.

"Indo-deco captures the subsequent energy of the modern Indian woman," said Mohapatra on his inspiration behind the collection.

To continue the celebration of Indian design and culture, Rent the Runway will also offer dresses and jewelry from the collections of native Indian designers Nachiket Barve, Ranjana Khan and Rahul Mista.
