Beauty Products for the Girl Who Doesn't Use Beauty Products

I am the worst when it comes to beauty products. I have had the same makeup and skincare routine since high school. But every now and then I add a product or two from friends' recommendations, a dermatologist visit, or an impulse purchase. I still keep it pretty basic, but I do use some things and here are my recommendations...Do you have any for us?



1. CeraVe lotion - recommended by my dermatologist, this drugstore find is the perfect all-over lotion for both body and face

2. Mario Badescu Drying Lotion - kills a pimple or on-coming zit over night!

3. Rosebud Salve - I keep this in my purse for everyday use, I hate dry lips and it has a tint of pink too

4. Essie Cabi O Lait - The best classic color that isn't sheer but still clean looking

5. SKII Signature Eye Cream - I use this every night before bed and I really hope it's working!

6. Rickycare Ionic Brush - I blowdry my hair with paddle brushes, not round ones. This one even combats frizz while I blowdry 

7. Mario Badescu Temporary Lifting Mask - I swear by this mask and use it every time I have a big event. It literally tightens my pores and makes my skin look glowing for the entire night. 

8. Moroccon Oil - This adds moisture to my hair while protecting it from harsh styling tools

9. Paul Labrecque Hair Products - I have been going to the Paul Labrecque salon forever and swear by all their haircare products, the shampoo and conditioners are fab!

    I use a paddle brush too mostly because I know a round brush will end in a disaster!

    same and same! cerave and rosebud are musts and love mario badescu! i'm using a few dermalogica products too and they're totally worth the splurge.

    I mean...this post is perfect .... Thank you for picking out things for me! haha. I haven't used that Essie color before. I went and got a mani the other week {very rare for me} and used Sugar Daddy and LOVED it. Essie has the best colors!
