There was really no doubt that we would be huge supporters of Willow Road, the stylish new Chelsea restaurant and bar, since Julie grew up close friends with the brain-child behind the whole establishment. But friendships aside, Willow Road totally speaks for itself and deserves all the accolades its been receiving for its friendly wait-staff, homespun American fare and rustic meets urban-chic atmosphere.
The cocktails were delicious- we highly recommend the house champagne spritzer- and the food had us longing for more. A visit to Willow Road is not complete without the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, and the Willow Mac and Cheese. But hey, that's just us!
It was a fun night all around.
We also couldn't be more excited to hear that Will is partnering to bring one of our favorite Boston restaurants to Manhattan. Keep a look out for Toro this fall!
